Mallory Riedlinger, Registered Massage Therapist
Mallory is also a firm believer that the body heals best when it is in a state of relaxation, so her treatments incorporate a lot of flow and breathing techniques to help reduce any stress.
Mallory is a graduate from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). After a back injury while working at a fishing lodge in the Haida Gwaii, Mallory discovered massage therapy. Her love of people and her interest in human anatomy made massage therapy a perfect fit.
Before the age of 1 Mallory had already underwent 2 open heart surgeries. These surgeries left large, deep and restricting scars on her body, which is why she is very passionate about both myofascial release techniques and working with scar tissue to help decrease any pain or restrictions they might cause.
When she is not at work, you can find her at the beach, traveling, baking, and spending time with her family at their house in beautiful Christina Lake, BC.
