Q: What type of music do you like to listen to and why?
A: I listen to many different types of music depending on what I'm doing. I feel that my roots are really in industrial music and I like listening to this genre when I'm at home or when I've got headphones on. I also like electronica, alternative rock, progressive rock and post-grunge when hanging out with friends. I'm also a fan of checking out live shows in Vancouver and supporting local talent in my own city.
Q: What is your favourite restaurant on the drive?
A: There are so many good restaurants on The Drive but my favourite has to be Saloniki, which is famous for its Greek food. I also really love Donair Town on Commercial and Grant for a quick bite to eat when I'm on the go. My favourite brewery around Commercial Drive is Strange Fellows.
Q: What are your favourite recreational activities?
A: When I'm not practicing or teaching, I enjoy playing beach volleyball, running, and reading at the beach. You can often find me at a local coffee shop in Olympic Village or on The Drive. I love craft beer and one of my favourite activities in Vancouver is seeking out new and different local breweries and doing brewery tours on the weekends with friends.
Q: What are your favourite travel destinations and why?
A: My favourite travels destinations so far have been Ireland, Hungary and Croatia. I especially loved Hungary because of the friendly people and amazing, inexpensive food and beer.
Q: When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: When I was young, I wanted to be a scientist. I always loved chemistry and biology class in school.
Q: What got you interested in becoming a Chiropractor?
A: I first got interested in becoming a Chiropractor because I liked the idea of being able to help people with my hands. Chiropractic medicine is the perfect marriage of science and art.
Q: What do you like most about being a Chiropractor?
A: As a chiropractor, I genuinely enjoy helping people to enable themselves and work towards whatever health goals they may have. I love that as a therapist, I get to work on my craft ever day, and I especially love seeing the progress that my clients make as they heal.
Q: Tell us something that would surprise us about you?
A: One thing that would surprise people about me is that I'm a huge animal lover. My partner and I have two cats, Luda and Jax.
