We’ve crafted a warm, comfortable, and modern clinic environment. Our treatment rooms are always fully stocked with all the linens and pillows you need, and laundry service is included for your convenience. Our Patient Care Coordinators are highly professional and carefully selected for their dedication and expertise. We believe in building a strong team, and our summer BBQs at Trout Lake are a testament to that community.
Most importantly, we’re a management team that’s present, listens, and is ready to support you in building your practice. Dr Matthew Nagra is very professional and knowledgeable. On my first visit, he really listened to what I was wanting in regards to my health goals and my lab work, and created a realistic plan with me that fit my schedule. By my second visit, my lab work came back with great results and I already lost more weight than I expected at this point. I highly recommend Dr Nagra, if you want to eat healthier , lose weight and / or improve lab results

I had a massage from Benjamin today and wow, I'm truly surprised at how much tension he was able to release in just one visit. I've had back pain on and off for over 15 years and have been to probably over a dozen RMTs in that time, in different cities and provinces, and Benjamin is definitely in the top 3. And the other 2 in that top 3 list had decades more experience. Truly an amazing RMT.

I love this place. Everyone, from the front desk to the practitioners, are wonderful. It is 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly and informed which is important to me and I’ve never felt like they body-shame or are judgemental in other ways. I mostly see Jamie (RMT) & Dr. Gaelen (chiro) who are the best (imho)!

I'm a patient with Heidi Gray. I'm not comfortable with sharing. Frankly I wasn't optimistic about the discussion. Upon meeting her my discomfort was immediately dissipated. I'm not a person who is taken to people right away. I felt at ease sharing. I completely felt like I truly helped myself after talking to her. I am so so grateful for her knowledge. 10/10 I highly highly recommend.
