Tonume Integrated Health in East Vancouver is currently seeking exceptional and dedicated Health Care Providers, and Patient Care Coordinators. The selected candidates must be patient-centred and focused on providing the best possible experience.

After a combined near 30 years experience in the health care field, we wanted to create a clinic experience that we felt was missing. Thus we created Tonume, a clinic 'for clinicians, by clinicians.' 

​

We wanted our practice to be within a clinic that is comfortable, warm and modern. We wanted our treatment rooms to be fully stocked with any linens and pillowing that you require. We have a laundry service that is included. Our patient-care coordinators are extremely professional and great at what they do. We carefully select each team member based on how we feel that they will fit within our group.

But most of all, we wanted a management group that are present,  will listen, and will assist you with whatever it is that you require to build your practice. We want you to come to work everyday, give your best to your patients, and be able to go home and leave it all behind and enjoy your life.

About the position:

• Greet, listen to, and support patients  to ensure they feel welcome 

• Perform billing for multiple extended health insurers as well as MSP & ICBC

• Receive incoming calls and answer routine inquiries

• Schedule appointments for multiple practitioners

• Provide administrative support to Health Care Team, including: Submitting reports, scanning/faxing and responding to emails

• Taking inventory

• Light cleaning duties

• 30 - 40 hours per week
