It takes courage, compassion and curiosity to explore your inner world. By looking through these bios, you’ve taken the first step. Welcome!
Therapy is relational. Trust, transparency and care are required. My intention is to help guide you closer to yourself and your inner trust through unpacking life’s challenges - together we can holistically harness your strengths and build your skills to increase your sense of self and to empower you to make changes that are important to you.
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor, with my Masters in Counselling. I specialize in trauma, grief, identity and relational work.

Practicing with folks from all backgrounds and intersectional identities is important to me, as is integrating modalities from a social justice lens that’s trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and non-judgemental.
On a personal note, I’m a proud genderqueer who lives with invisible disabilities. I am originally from a small town in the East Coast. Prior to shifting my career from working behind the scenes in Film/TV to counselling, I almost died. This further ignited my passion for self-discovery, healing and helping people - which has led me here to you! In my spare time you can find me dancing, volunteering, writing poetry, cold dipping in glacier waters and spending quality time with my dog and loved ones.
I invite you to book a discovery call, a free 20 minute consultation to introduce ourselves. If I’m not the right fit, I would be happy to point you in the right direction! Plus, I’d love to meet you!

How do I know if Clinical Counselling is right for me?

If you've ever asked yourself the following questions, then perhaps clinical counselling may be a good choice for you:
✴ What is depression?
✴ Is anxiety normal?
✴ How should I grieve?
✴ What is gender identity?
✴ How do I start counselling?
