Registered Professional Counselling

This past year living with a global pandemic and all the changes and uncertainty it has brought has made managing our mental health a difficult endeavor indeed. While life's challenges continue many of our support systems and ways of coping have been minimized or completely lost to us. We are social creatures needing connection and interaction to achieve  and sustain mental/emotional fitness just as we require movement and exercise as part of our physical fitness.

THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO GO IT ALONE!

Why choose a Registered Professional Counsellor?

Seeking support doesn't always mean doing extensive analytical work. Sometimes speaking your thoughts to an educated ear and having your experience witnessed in a confidential setting can substantially alleviate the pressure and provide some peace of mind. At times we require a tune-up and then there are times that we find greater benefit from deeper exploration and a more robust wellness plan. There are no challenges too big or too small to bring to counselling.

Believing in a person centered,  holistic approach to well-being where  mind, body and spirit are addressed I have come to trust my intuition while providing  a unique and personal experience for each of my clients.

Past clients report feeling much lighter, gaining a new perspective that opens up possibilities and

leaving with a plan as well as  new tools to help manage their personal care.
