Virtual Fitness Classes

We are very excited to introduce you to our online classes with our Kinesiologist, Pamela Cochrane!


Many of us have had their daily routines turned upside down during the pandemic. Our gyms have closed, our exercise classes have been cancelled and we’re working from home, without a proper setup for long hours at the computer.


Adding some physical activity back to your life can help you with those little aches and pains caused from inactivity. It can help to stabilize that low back that has been acting up lately. 


If any of the above sounds all too familiar, look no further. There is no safer way to get back into physical activity than with a Kinesiologist. They are the experts in biomechanics and safe, effective ways to move to support a healthy lifestyle. 


Did you know that many extended medical benefits providers offer coverage for sessions with a Kinesiologist? It’s a great way to get fit, and maximize your health care coverage from your insurance provider. 


For your convenience, Pam offers several different classes during the week that enable you to find a time that works best for you.


For a limited time, the first class is FREE OF CHARGE. 



Tuesdays/Thursdays 5:30pm-6:05pm

- a quick 30 minute, equipment-free mat workout focused on abdominals, glutes, and shoulders. suitable for all levels of fitness with modifications for beginners and guidance for experienced exercisers. A great way to finish your workday!



Friday morning 10:15am-11:10am 

- if you're expecting or have a new baby at home, this workout is for you! Move through a guided core stretch and warm up into a circuit that is fun, sweaty, and safe!



Sunday morning 9am-9:55am circuit 

- A total body class to start your Sunday off right. Squat, jump, and lunge your way to a healthier you.
